To start off, one must state that things are compiled declarations. Or delivered parcels with long-forgotten promises. Or considerable remains of chains of faded words

Roger-Pol Droit

Things can be seen as a category that is intimidating by way of its vast capacity. The Museum of Archaeology and Ethnography is a place where this vastness and diversity of inanimate matter classified as “things” is best experienced. Our exhibit is the story of things’ meanings told in their own words, through the works of contemporary artists, as well as objects from the abundant archaeological, ethnographic and numismatic collections of the Museum.
